Tania Austin, LLB, Member
Tania joined the firm of Gardner Weller in 1984 and became a founder member of Gardner Austin LLP in January 2007. She specialises in property law and private client work. She is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section.

Steven Gardner, Member
Steven was a founding partner of the predecessor firm (Gardner Weller) and is a specialist in commercial conveyancing. Along with Tania Austin and Michael Wood, Steven is a founder member of Gardner Austin LLP.

Michael Wood M.A. (Oxon), Member
Michael specialises in commercial and property disputes as well as advising in professional negligence, employment, judicial review, and contentious trust and probate matters. He practices also as a mediator and has rights of audience in all civil courts.

Associations - Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Accredited Mediator with the ADR Group, supporting members of the L.M.A.A.

Gavin Ballance, Solicitor
Gavin has a Masters Degree from South Bank University following an undergraduate degree at Leeds University. He qualified as a solicitor in 2005. He is presently a member of the dispute management team.

Rachel King, Trainee Legal Executive
Rachel joined Gardner Weller in 2006. She is now on track to become a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She works in the conveyancing team.

Marijana Molnar, Solicitor
Since joining Gardner Weller Marijana has learnt and gained experience in wills and probate and residential conveyancing. Marijana qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and is now a member of the conveyancing team.
