Tania Austin, LLB(Hons), Member
Tania qualified as a solicitor in 1984 prior to joining the firm of Gardner Weller, where she was partner for many years before becoming a founder member of Gardner Austin LLP in January 2007. Commercial and Property work are her prime areas of practice, along with Wealth Management. She is a member of the Law Society's Probate and Property Sections.

Steven Gardner, Member
The founding partner of Gardner Weller in 1979 as well as a founding member of Gardner Austin, Steven is a specialist with a wealth of experience in Commercial Property work and a member of the Law Society's Property Section.

Jonathan Aubrey BA (Hons in Law)
Jonathan qualified in 1989. He was formerly Head of Property Litigation at a major City of London practice and recognised by independent publications as an expert in this field. He has advised the full range of property client from major property companies, retailers and pension funds to private companies and individuals on both commercial and residential matters. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
