Tania qualified as a solicitor in 1984. A partner for many years in Gardner Weller, she became a founder member of Gardner Austin LLP in January 2007. Commercial and Property work are her prime areas of practice, along with Wealth Management. She is a member of the Law Society's Probate and Property Sections.

The founding partner of the predecessor firm (Gardner Weller), Steven is a specialist with over 35 years of experience in Commercial Property work and a member of the Law Society's Property Section.
