EPCs
EPCs rate the energy efficiency of a property; they are carried out by authorised inspectors and are required;
- For sale and letting of all dwellings
- For sale or letting of all commercial premises buildings whose floor area exceeds 2,500 square metres
- on construction of all buildings
All public buildings that are larger than 1000 square metres are obliged to display their EPC.
